Suzanne Schakett

After almost 30 years in executive and leadership roles in the mortgage and home building industries, in 2020 Suzanne chose a ‘big pivot’ by making the decision to bring to the market a new way to empower entrepreneurs and connect them in a meaningful way to the community. In December 2020 she launched her first hyperlocal, luxury lifestyle publication – Memorial Lifestyle Magazine. In June 2023, she acquired her second publication, River Oaks Lifestyle Magazine. As an Owner and Publisher, she is fully invested in increasing the visibility and branding of her local business owner clients through print, digital, social media, editorial, and monthly networking events. When she isn’t busy with a deadline or meeting with entrepreneurs about marketing solutions, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé Jeremy, working out, perfecting her downward dog in yoga, hanging with her dog Penny Apricot and her cat Coco Diva, and eating her way through the best restaurants in Houston.
