Carlin Klein

Originally from North Dakota/Minnesota, Carlin Klein has lived in Houston since 1980. Carlin entered the insurance business in 1983. In 1989, Carlin founded Carlin Klein Interests. In 2017, Carlin Klein Interests became one of 27 independent insurance agencies across the state of Texas to be a member of the SIG Insurance Services Producer Group. This strategic affiliation enables SIG-Carlin Klein Interests to be able to represent a myriad of markets generally not available to the average independent property and casualty agency. The SIG-Carlin Klein Interests side of the agency focuses on commercial and personal lines property & casualty insurance, the Carlin Klein Interests side focuses on employee benefits for small to medium sized employers.

As a very active networker for a dozen years in the world’s largest networking organization, Carlin eventually left to found River Oaks Networking.

Carlin and his wife Sandra have been married since 1984, have one son Stephen, daughter-in-law Amanda, granddaughter Charlotte and 2 German Shepherds – Reiner and Hattie.
